Jessica Sanchez is rumored to be as "kim" in the movie adaptation of Miss Saigon.. hope its true...

This is gets me super excited.. I've been imagining Jessica singing songs from Miss Saigon for a while now.

When she proved that she can be tender with a song in "You Are So Beautiful" I'm convinced that she's perfect

to play the role of Kim. If this is true, her name will be up there, BIG TIME.

I heard that she is being considered for the role.   

What we don't know yet is if she can act.

There's talk about her being considered for the movie adaptation from the stage play, not THE stage play.

But yeah, Jennifer Holliday taught here a few things, although, Jessica was trying her best to feed those facial expressions right back at her.  lol

I think at this point a rumor  . I searched and there is no activity on this subject. I'm sure Jessica could be a consideration if  it came up but I 'm sure everyone wishes  it came up . If a reality this is the way it goes.

Some  producer get together we should try and get it off the ground ,lets  get a script  for a film. 

Script (preliminary) written

Casting for lead actors (these are closed casting )

Cast for Director and Director of Photography (Closed casting)

Script and people presented to potential investors. (money men)

If you get money your on your way .

Figure a year to year and a half after a go ahead for it to get to theaters.

I posted up the source, but it not only got deleted, but got me banned as well.   It was a site of a TV/Radio station in the Philippines.

(Ya know, I thought that a legitimate news source, like a TV station, would be considered an OK link to post.     This is the third time this has happened to me because apparently, I'm too dumb to know what in the hell a mainstream news source is supposed to be.   Are mainstream news sources only those that originate in the US?     Sorry for the rant, but this really ticks me off.)

According to this article, Not only are they considering her for the lead role, but they're going after her BIG time to play the lead. The girl who is currently playing the lead fully endorses Jessica for the role. It seems that great offers are coming at her right and left. I haven't heard anything about the winner of AI being offered anything yet. Maybe I just missed it. Has anyone heard anything about Phillip's offer yet? It's funny but I remember the judges mentioning a few times to Jessica, that with her big voice she'd be perfect on Broadway. I then immediately though of her performing in 'Miss Saigon'.  I have a feeling that with a proper coach, (and if she snags the lead role in this I'm sure she'll be provided with the best coach availabe.) I bet she'd be just as good acting as she is singing. It wouldn't surprise me if Jessica turns out to be what's considered in the business, a hugh triple threat. singer, actress, and with the dancing lessons she's mentioned taking. Dancing. Believe me when I say 'Our girl' is going to turn the entertainment world on its head. Who shares my opinion?
