Again here's another fiction, that Jessica must sing pop ballads. Jimmy made a mistake, he knows it, all the judges know it and Jessica knows it... They will not invest in trying to make that same mistake again. The ball is in their hands because there are others looking to sign her up if she ever gets free from that contract.
just to add... thalia confirmed thru tweeter & even in local newscaster here in the philippines about the interest of tommy to sign jessica. The only problem is that Interscope sign her immediately with that 30k contract deal. ( rumors says that, the signing happend just before the finale ) So this seems to be a battle for the producers... the highest the bid the more chances they gonna get our girl.
