I agree!  Lauren and Scotty are just cornball cookie cutter performers that imitate other artists.  Haley, like Casey and James, actually showed some creativity and originality.  They are true artists, not just performers.  Lauren and Scotty seem like kids singing at a state fair competition.

With the exception of watching Haley, Casey and James, this season was a major disappointment.  The judges weren't judges.  They were promoters.  They offered zero insight into the performances they were hired to judge.

Can't wait for the X-factor!

Exactly Haley could not of bought a nice word from them AT ALL... This is American Idol NOT Country Idol !! Scotty can sing I'll give him that BUT You hear all the time ." Come out of your comfort zone." When will SCOTTY COME OUT of his COMFORT ZONE ?? He can't Because he IS WHAT HE IS and thats it !!! He can't sing other things well. The judges can say what they want, they don't get a vote, if you think they influence others then you are dissing the voting public. She ended up having less fans. Look at the going home vids, rain or not, Lauren had them on the highway overpasses 1/2 mile away.

Mumbling, maybe I should do all CAPS. You have a special insight to how many were in each crowd? I can say after watching it back, Lauren's crowds were WAY BIGGER THAN HALEY THE STRIPPERS. Yup I called her a name too just like you, only thing, I didn't see any milk jugs around Lauren but if I had to sit through one more bump and grind growlfest by little miss attitude, I would have given up idol for sho.
