Judges: Randy, Mariah, Keith, Nicki

Are any of you guys as disgusted about her being a choice as I am? Especially with the way Hollie was treated last eyar, imagine her being told she couldn't sing by Nicki Minaj. Ew. Well, that's quite disappointing, and I think it's a poor choice for a family show. Oh, well.

If this is true I think it's wonderful.Let's see....Judges take about 3 to 5 minutes then we have 5 minutes commercials. Ok Great About 10 minutes .

1. I can take out the garbage.

2. I can go get some beer.

3. Make phone calls

4. Change into pajamas ... What you don't wear them?

5. Check TV listings.

6. Turn on sports network for scores.

7. I can come to this forum and immediately post about how great my favorite is.

8. I can call the sponsor and let them know I'm not watching their commercial.

Anything is better than Nicki Minaj. Now we will have mariah and nicki.

I will only watch the judges if those two have a catfight  at least 3 times a night. Meoww.

Ratings will go down watch.

What a flat-out horrid horrid choice! Randy Jackson was a sesssion bassist/producer for years. Mariah has one of the best set of pipes in the business. Nicki Minaj? She is a manipulated token media fiasco with not much real talent. Why not a real producer like Mutt Lange, Bob Clearmountain, Bob Rock?  Why not an amazing vocalist producer like Steve Perry or Daryl Hall? Nicki Minaj would be a bad joke! I wouldn't watch it anymore.

I say NO to Nicki Minaj! If she signs, I'll have even more time free than the person that will skip the judging. I just won't turn on the show...the only show I've watched "faithfully" in almost 20 years. I'll have EVERY night, all year, free to do other things. Cool.

What do I think?  No talent, can't sing.  There has to be someone available to judge who can actually sing.

I don't get why there's seems to be this  requirement that the judge should be able to sing? Simon didn't sing, I'm not sure Randy can sing, and Paula wasn't all that inthe singing dept either. 

More important is knowledge of the industry I would think 

Nicki is a hit maker whether she can sing or not-she is very successful and immensely popular

Paula actually has a great voice and she had many many hits.

Nicki M is a joke! I do NOT want to see her on the Idol show!

No, No No.  That would the downfall of the show.  We need someone with class, talent, knows the business and has some credibility.  Nicky is a HOT MESS and I don't mean that in a good way. COme up with some names and let your fans decide.

I think She is No Role Model for young aspiring artist.. Her mouth & music is waaaaaay to foul to give direction or criticism to others. The show ratings will surely go down.
