I agree.  We only saw about 10 seconds on group night.  And her family looks like they may be rastas from Jamaica, which I'd love to know more about.  I'd love to see her wail in some reggae numbers.  But she is so distinctive, she could stand out in any genre.

I've seen a lot of her videos with her hubby, not my typicla style of music but I loved it!! I can't wait to see more of Naima on the show!

How cool is that, Des!  Can you message me with some links maybe?  I didn't even know her husband sang also....that's exactly why I'd like to see a REAL profile of her done, not just the trashpicking in the stadium.

+1.  Check out what Des is saying.  There's some videos online where she's singing reggae with her rasta husband that I didn't know about until he mentioned it.

Hopefully the producers will give her more airtime, just because of her unique physical style and we'll get to hear her sing more and see more of her very interesting background.

awe thanks lily!! That's so pretty, just like Naima!! I asked her on FB what she'd like as a FB name, her reply was that her name meant "Exotic Flowers"  I guess the guys probably wouldn't like that though, I found different meaning for Naima...I think it was "Tranquility" and if I remember right...Adedapo means bringing people together. Isn't that a sweet name?

Truth you speak.  No self-respecting dude is gonna be any "exotic flower".  Now "Tranquility" is different.  A good fanbase needs some tranquility.  And...I forsee Naima "shooting to the moon" in her live performances.

So...how about we call ourselves "Tranquility Base" like the base NASA has set up on the moon?

Yeah, I"m likin' Rockin' Rastas too.  I've been out so haven't had a chance to check out any of her other tunes online or the lyrics.  I bet we could find a few more gems in them too.  Get a good night's sleep and maybe some more will come to you in the AM!

Now about Ira, our fearless OP.  I hope she and her computer are both doing well and am sending out some good mojo to get her back here to hand out some more numbers!  Like mine for starters!  Lol.
