What do you think?

As the saying goes, any publicity is good publicity. I think it's a good idea. I'm mostly afraid of people forgetting him. His youtube videos are spiking in views for sure but that may be because he was JUST voted off. If it gives him a shot at record producers loooking at him, sure.
As much as I think he has a wild and out there personality sometimes, I don't think it's enough to get him back like Norman Gentle. His voice and performances are normal for the most part. He definitely deserves a final performance on idol to show everyone what he's got but if he only came back to show America that he's crazy, I'm not sure I would like to see that but that may do him some good. It depends on what the producers would want him to do.

WHy would anyone want that to happen!

As much as I like Brett, I think that he'd do better with a solo caeer outside of Idol. Some people auditioned for Idol and never made it as far as him, yet are very successful (Lady Antebelum's lead singer) So yeah, I think Brett can manage on his own

Does anyone else think it would be a good idea for Brett Loewenstern to perform on finale night? Usually a hand full of the most entertaining, eccentric or whatever contestants perform on that night (Normund Gentle, Pants on the ground guy, Tatiana Del Toro). He was very entertaining, but still talented at the same time- more deserving to perform than the above mentioned were. I think "Whip My Hair" with a lot of pizzaz in the lighting, outfits and background band would be exciting! Though, I don't know if that would make people take him less seriously? So, what do you all think? Should he and his fans want him distanced from idol from here on out or would an entertaining finale performance give him the publicity and final idol performance he deserved? Should we petition or bug the producers and judges by twitter? What do you thinnnnkkk?
Usually the people that are brought back are the novelty contestants that you could sit and laugh at. Do you really want that to happen to Brett? Plus the fact that Brett didn't make the top ten or one of the wildcard spots, so what would be the reason to bring him back? The way some people like Brett, and are disappointed that he didn't make it further on the show, there are others that are equally disappointed that their favorite didn't make it. I'm really disappointed that Jaycee didn't make it, but I'm hoping that he comes back next year and tries again. But if the producers brought back any of the contestants that didn't make it through, to perform at the finale, it would be like saying that the judges made mistakes in their selections. And I don't think that will ever happen.

Gee, sorry, guys. It was just a dumb hypothetical question from some kid that's sad to always see her favorites go.

I really liked Brett. I miss him and wish I could see him perform more. I hope he returns back to Idol again. But in case he dosen't it was really cool to meet this person who I would never get a chance to meet other wise.
